Is newly created is true
Content source is Email
Receiving email addresses include all of Restricted Application Email
Take these actions every time this rule matches:
Add projects: Restricted Project.
Change priority to: Normal.
Assign task to: martin.
Add subscribers: martin.
Remove subscribers: Restricted Project.
Change status to: Resolved.
